July 9, 2017: Kirem Unit ICYM & YCS organised "Yuva Zalak - 2017" on 09-July-2017, a get together for all the youth of our Parish. The programme began with a short prayer service followed by an inaugural program. The opening ceremony was done in a unique way by adding on colours to a Vaz symbolizing that though we are unique and distinct, when we come together we make life more meaningful.
A talk regarding ‘How to face failures in life’ was given by Mr. John Fernandes the resource person of the day. Special Eucharistic mass & Adoration was celebrated by our Parish Priest Fr. Victor D'Mello, all participated in a very meaningful way. Soon after lunch, the participants were divided into groups for some activities and quiz.
Newly elected Members of ICYM Central Council :- President Mr Elroy, Secretary Mr. Joel & Lady Vice President Ivy Melisha paid us a visit and addressed the youth. They conducted some games & all youth participants had a lot of fun. The programme was concluded by singing ICYM Anthem.
