The community day of Kirem parish and 60th birthday of our parish priest Rev. Fr Oswald Monteiro was celebrated on 14th January 2025.

The solemn eucharistic celebration Was celebrated by Most Rev Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of Mangalore diocese as the main celebrant and was con-celebrated by around 10 priests. Rev. Fr Dr Sunil George Dsouza preached the meaningful homily on Community day.

After the Eucharistic celebration , the formal program was held in the BCM hall. There was a report presentation of the parish , honoring of outstanding parishioners, prize distribution etc. The Diamond celebration of Fr Oswald was celebrated by cutting cake and felicitation. The family members of Fr Oswald were part of this program. There was Opera at the end led by the Choir , Rising Star Band and Musicians. The program concluded with a sumptuous meal prepared by the parishioners.
