The Silver Jubilee of Bi Centenary Memorial Hall Kirem held was on 17th Nov 2024. This celebration co-incided with the Hoisting of festal banner. This dual programme was presided over by Msgr. Maxim Noronha, the Vicar General of Diocese of Mangalore. After offering the Sunday mass, he hoisted the festal flag that signaled the arrival of Parish Feast 2024.

Then afterwards the Jubilee programme celebration was held at the BCM hall. He Inaugurated & blessed the newly constructed fountain in the premises of the hall. Fr. Oswald Monteiro the Parish Priest gave an introduction about the hall which was constructed in 1999. He remembered the Fr. Valerian Pinto who constructed the hall. He further explained that the hall has been serving as a rendezvous for the local people for their social & other formation trainings.

Msgr. Maxim Noronha in his message appreciated the various activities and trainings conducted by people of Kirem in the hall which helped building the parish community.

The special attraction of the progremme was children's band and PPT presentation. This short & simple programme was compered by Mr. Peter Dcosta & organized by Parish Finance Committee. The Fountain was constructed in memory of Rita Rodrigues, Umbla.
