Catholic Sabha, Kirem in association with Women’s Association and ICYM organized a programme called “Awareness on Government facilities and Valid Documents” on Sunday, 3rd October, 2021 at Bi-Centenary Hall, Kirem. 

Mr. Agnel Lobo was the resource person. Rev Fr Oswald Monteiro - Parish Priest, Rev Fr Sunil DSouza – Professor at Pompei College, Steevan Dcunha - Vice President, Maxim Pinto – Secretary of Kirem Parish Pastoral Council were present on the dais. 

Fr Oswald Monteiro called on the people to avail various schemes available for which they have eligibility. He appreciated the effort of Catholic Sabha to teach fishing instead of giving a fish. 

After the talk, facility to update or correct Identity Proofs was also provided. Nearly 150 people benefitted from this programme. Anitha Dsouza compered the programme. Mr Wilfred Monis welcomed the participants.
